Ours came complete! It was sold as to be in “Set-up” condition.
Set on my land with water hooked up, septic installed, electricity, heat and AC installed, on Pier foundation and underpinned. We bargained for a concrete front walk and gravel driveway to be included in the sale price.
WARNING: be sure you have “EVERYTHING” in writing on the contract. Verbal agreements and handshake deals are worthless.
It will be well worth the money to get “Your” attorney to look over the contract before you sign it! They know what loopholes to look for where you don’t.
My lawyer found a mistake on their part and saved me $8000.00 and that more than paid for his fees!
We did call the phone company, the post office and set that up ourselves.
As the furnaces are built in yes . But you can opt out of furnace ( I supose) or air(know for sure ) depending on your area (in arizona you dont need heat often . ). I’d get both no matter what .
It’s up to you. They are options. If you order them, they come with the house. If not, they are installed later.
