go for the glass shower

Part of the answer depends on what price range your house is in. Lower price points don’t dictate upper end amenities like you are talking about. If you are in a price range where people expect these things, here’s what I would do: do the 2 sinks - a master bath without 2 sinks is almost unheard of right now. Also, you can upgrade the shower with a frameless glass enclosure, even if you combine it with the tub. More and more, I have been seeing clients nix the tub altogether, since they are rarely used, and going for a huge shower with 2 shower heads, body sprays, steam, etc. I hope this gives you some ideas!

The shower and tub I reckon - never saw the sense of two sinks, as I like to be in the bathroom by myself (most of the time), and never need two sinks…

Two sinks if I had to choose.

I’d go for the two sinks. No one has to wait for another when their are two sinks. I just sold my house and my master only had one sink and people commented on that. I had a combined tub/shower and no comments were made about that, but having only one sink was an issue.
