who has so far taken 3 months to complete a simple bathroom renovation of a whopping 30 sq. ft. the contract didn’t have a time frame or end date which of course I regret. when I harass him on the phone, I get ok ok I’ll be there in the morning. I wait around the house till noon and call him and get voicemail. he calls back 3 hours later with excuses. My wife is all over me on this one, and all I want to do is fight the guy. what do I do? extra credit for clever answers.
he is paid up for what is completed and the contract states he will finish the job.
